I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room with a jacuzzi bath for my husband's birthday had a beautiful view and great bathroom amenities. The service was exceptional, always going beyond to provide the best customer service. The location was ideal, close to the city center in a quieter area on a canal. The dining experience, although not included in the rate, offered delicious Dutch products. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
